Delivery – Our people are available to support your facility. Out of an abundance of caution we are ensuring their (and your) well-being with all FEMA, WHO, and CDC, recommendations. We can deliver to a location, a jobsite, or a factory without requiring interaction between our team and yours. We’re here to help.
Service - Our service technicians are providing critical support as requested but are available to help with any issues via phone, email, Zoom, Facetime, etc.
Sales and Technical Support - Our regional managers and SME’s are honoring our customers’ requests to avoid facility visits. However, with many years of experience they can provide fast effective solutions via phone, email or other remote technologies.
Shipping – We have confirmed with UPS and other services that we are able ship products. We will update you should we incur significant delays. If you have a safety procedure in place for receiving deliveries, please advise us, and we follow your instructions.
Suppliers and Meetings – We are requesting that our suppliers provide regular updates on their supply chain. To date we are not experiencing disruption. We ask that they not visit our facilities in New Brighton and Hibbing until further notice. We are not offering nor holding meetings at either facility beyond emergency planning.
Disinfection – Extraordinary cleaning efforts are being carried out every day to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our production, service, and customer service teams.
Visitors - We are limiting visitors who need immediate assistance to our lobby area only. We are enforcing social distancing and cleanliness.
