All Material Handling (AMH) hoists and components in Minnesota

All Material Handling — AMH — cover two jobs for us. Their hand chain and lever hoists are the sensible choice where a hoist is needed but a premium one is not, and their components are what a good many of our chain slings are actually built from.

What we carry from All Material Handling

The master links, coupling links and Grade 100 alloy fittings on our chain sling pages are largely AMH, which means the assembly you buy and the fittings we hold come from a line we know well.

What we do with All Material Handling hardware

The reason to buy the line from a shop that also fabricates and inspects: the assembly, the certification and the repair all come from the same place.

Questions

All Material Handling, answered straight

Is an AMH hoist as good as a premium brand?
It sits at a different point on the price and duty curve. For occasional or light duty it is good value; for heavy cycling we will steer you to a hoist built for it. We would rather say so than sell you the wrong one twice.
What are AMH components used for?
Master links, coupling links and alloy fittings for chain sling assemblies. Most of the chain slings our shop builds use them, which is why the fittings are held in stock.
Do you repair AMH hoists?
Yes, in our own shop, and we hold parts for the common models.
