If you knew us in Hibbing
One shop, not two
We've consolidated fabrication and service into our Little Canada shop, and closed the Hibbing branch. We still cover the Iron Range, northern Minnesota and the Lake Superior region — our technicians have always driven to the job, and that hasn't changed.
The real change for Range customers is that there's no longer a counter to walk into in Hibbing. Everything else either stays the same or gets better, and here's why.
Every capability, not a subset
Hibbing fabricated slings and wire rope, inspected and repaired in the field, and stocked rigging hardware. It could not service a crane or hoist, repair fall protection, validate a hydraulic cylinder, or run training — those have always been in Little Canada, so any job needing them traveled anyway. Now every job reaches all six.
One inventory instead of two
Stock that used to be split across two buildings sits on one set of shelves. More of it is on hand, and nothing waits on a transfer between branches.
One shop, one standard
Every assembly is built, proof tested and tagged on the same equipment, to the same procedure, by the same people — whoever ordered it and wherever it's going.
Field service is unchanged
