What we collect

When you submit a quote or service request through this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, location, and the details of your request. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use it to respond to your request and to maintain a record of our business relationship in our internal customer system. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to fulfill your request or comply with the law.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

We do count how the site is used, so we can tell which products people look for and where the site fails to answer them. That record is a page address, a search term, which catalog part was added to a quote list, and a random identifier that lives only in your browser tab and is discarded when you close it. It does not include your name, email address, phone number, or IP address, and it is not linked to you or shared with anyone for advertising.

If we ever enable Google Analytics on this site, it will respect a “Do Not Track” setting in your browser. Our own counting above collects nothing personal and runs either way.
