Common questions

About fall protection service

How often does fall protection equipment need inspecting?
Documented inspection by a competent person at least annually, and after any fall event.
What happens to gear that has arrested a fall?
It gets a post-fall-event evaluation. Equipment that has taken a fall comes out of service, and we document the removal and the replacement recommendation.
Do you service self-retracting lifelines?
Yes — SRL inspection and factory-authorised service, alongside harnesses, lanyards and engineered rigid rail, bridge and monorail systems.
Can you inspect the anchor points as well as the equipment?
Yes. Anchorage point inspection and load testing are part of the service.
