Spanco gantry and jib cranes in Minnesota

Spanco build the gantry and jib cranes that suit a shop needing a lift over one bay rather than a bridge crane over the whole building. We configure them, supply them and install them across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa.

What we carry from Spanco

The configurators below work the way the order form does: pick capacity, span and height and you get the actual model number, so a quote is raised against a real configuration instead of a description. The hoist underneath, the commissioning, and the repair in five years all come from the same place.

More than the box

What we do with Spanco hardware

The reason to buy the line from a shop that also fabricates and inspects: the assembly, the certification and the repair all come from the same place.

Questions

Spanco, answered straight

Can you install a Spanco crane, not just sell it?
Yes. Our crews install gantry and jib cranes, fit the hoist, commission the equipment and inspect it before it is put to work. One order and one company for the crane, the hoist and the installation.
How do I know which Spanco model I need?
Use the configurator on the gantry or jib page — capacity, span and height give you the model number directly. If the application is awkward, your area sales manager will come and look at the bay before anything is quoted.
Do you service Spanco cranes you did not sell?
Yes. We inspect, repair and supply parts for Spanco equipment regardless of who originally supplied it, the same as every other brand we work on.
Does a jib or gantry crane need annual inspection?
Cranes and hoists in service require periodic inspection, and the interval depends on how hard the equipment works. We inspect on site and document it so you have the record.
