For positioning and restraint. A body belt is not a fall arrest harness and is not allowed as one.

Before you choose

A 6 ft lanyard needs roughly 18 ft below the anchor once free fall, deceleration, harness stretch and the worker’s own height are added up. Most places don’t have it. Work the clearance out first.
