Anchor Track & components

The track section and the trolley that every system above is built from. Sold as parts for extensions, replacements and systems built to a drawing.

Before you choose

A 6 ft lanyard needs roughly 18 ft below the anchor once free fall, deceleration, harness stretch and the worker’s own height are added up. Most places don’t have it. Work the clearance out first.

Anchor Trolley Fall Protection System

Anchor Trolley Fall Protection System

Rigid Lifelines

The Anchor Trolley™ is our patented* innovation in rolling trolley technology. The Anchor Trolley is designed with cone teeth made of hardened alloy steel that act as a braking mechanism and engage the steel track in the event of a fall. The engagement of the trolley teeth and track causes the trolley to anchor into place without changing the track, virtually eliminating post-fall drift. The Anchor Trolley greatly increases the opportunity for conscious and able-bodied workers to perform a self-rescue after a fall event. Like our other trolleys, the Anchor Trolley is made from non-consumable materials while being weather and temperature-proof. This design ensures that you still have the same smooth movement that has come to be associated with Rigid Lifelines® enclosed track fall arrest trolleys.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our systems are designed for maximum person weight, plus tools, to be 310 pounds when used with 1350 maximum average arresting force (MAAF) energy absorbing self-retracting lanyards. Custom systems are available for heavier workers up to 420 pounds; please inquire with our technical sales team for more information.

Distance to the floor, where the anchor can go, and what the work involves. If there isn't room to arrest a fall we'll say so and look at restraint or a rail system instead.
